(Araucaria) RES: Insultos do Franco, TG9NX.

Lucas, o Franco, salvo engano meu, é guatemalteco.
Ele tem Indicativo americano, mas não creio que seja nativo.
Vou tentar achar outro TG em meus antigos Logs, e isto passa, mas o que
envergonha é a atitude dele.

problema.

	Grato.

Assunto: RES: RES: RES: QSO of 24 march 2000.

	Franco, watch your tongue, man.

You have my authorization to use my e-mail to whatever you want, I’m
not worry about that.

All I write is public, and I also QSP the same e-mail I sent to you
to a lot of friends and e-mailing forums around the world. Next step will be
to send it to the DX-Community.

So, go ahead with this bad behavior. Franco, you are not Amateur
Radio, because you have not the Amateur Radio spirit.

As you may know, I live in a democratic Country, and here we have
rights, and I have opinion and the right to express it. The mine opinion
about you, as amateur radio is the worst I ever had in 25 years as a ham
radio.

I also live in a Country that do not have international Bureau to
send the QSLs, but I do it by myself, by my expenses, and I can tell you it
is not cheap here to send packets of QSLs outside Brazil.

No matter how much QSLs I receive to me or to the operations I did
in PY0F, PY0T, IOTAs etc., I use to send it all back via to the Bureaus
around the world.

The ones I receive direct, I back direct if there is return postage.
If there isn’t, back via the Bureau, but I like to be sure the friend will
receive mine one.

	I have LoTW.

I operated from PY0F last January (and I will back there next day 25
until 30 to the IOTA Contest) and the first thing I did when I returned back
home was to upload all the QSOs to LoTW as PY0F/PP1CZ, to give a new one to
a lot of friends in the world.

Let me tell you a history that should be good to you know: In late
80’s, PY1MAG – Paulo, passed away, and he did a lot of QSOs from PY0F and
PY0T, in the 70’s and 80’s. As a lot of Ham Radio was still needing his QSL,
I drive over 1.500 kilometers to visit his family and take the paper Logs.
The Log are with me here, and the first QSOs was over 35 years ago. I
repeat: I still have the Logs available here, to PY0MAG and PP0MAG – do you
have any QSO with him in one of those callsings? You can ask me the QSL,
even via e-mail, I can send it to you, via the Bureau, that will always be a
pleasure, even to a person like you, be sure.

You do not keep your Log of QSOs made over 5 years? It is your
right, and it is up to you, but in my opinion this is very bad to the one
who did a QSO with you and could only note that he needs your QSL when he is
trying to work a new Award. But may be it is too late, if he did the QSO
with you. It is a matter of respect, in my concept.

Why don’t you use LoTW? Is that so difficult to do? No.

Do you need a helping hand to made your LoTW? I know a lot of good
fellows in USA that would be happy to help you.

I know why you are not in LoTW, and sure I know very well persons
like you, with this bad behavior.

Franco I will not discuss this with you because as I can see you are
haven't a good personality. You wrote to me bad language and I shouldn’t
write back to you, but I’m doing that to let you know my opinion, despite
the fact you will not care, but it is good to let you know anyway. We give
what we have.

I hope you can change your mind and your behavior.

	PP1CZ.

Your blackmailing and threats make no difference to me. In fact, as
you probably well know, blackmailing is a serious crime in most places, so I
think it was unwise to have left written evidence of the same...
I can't give you a QSL card for a QSO that I have no log to back it
up.
My QSL information is very clear on QRZ.com : "We only keep logs for
five years". Now just who the sh1t do you think you are that I have to
break my own rules because of you?
After thirteen years I don't have a fresh memory of all the
details, but every time I needed to confirm one of those islands that you
people have I always waited for a DXpedition with American operators and QSL
managers, because, as you very well put it, using your words: "I don't trust
in the Brazilian Mail". So, how could you possibly have helped me? But like
I said, my memory is not so fresh after 13 years.
Now about your operating capabilities, thirteen years and you
haven't got another QSO from over here? Speaks very low of you, incompetent
piece of sh1t.

Sure I remember Franco. And what about your memory, do you remember
why?

	I don’t think so.

You refuse to send me this same QSL, to this same QSO, because
someone here in Brazil didn’t sent you a QSL of some Island to you.

So let me ask you: what was my fault that you didn’t received a QSL
from a brazilian QSL manager?

Why don’t you asked my help, instead of deny me your QSL, and you
told me that you would only send me if (and only if) I achieve that QSL to
you.

I was expecting you change a little in your character, but as I can
see, you are still the same, a lousy person.

But be sure I will spread this your e-mail to everyone I know, to
the persons around the world know what kind of person you are. We are
responsible for our actions, and what you did is disgusting.

I’m so sad about that and to know that still exists persons like you
in our community.

I don't think your memory is working ok... how is your friend
IK3NVN? That fellow refused to send me my J5 card from that island because
of You... Memory working now?

I tried Franco, but I do not trust in the honesty of the Brazilian
Mail. May be they split th envelope and the U$ 2.00 inside on it.

And that happens for several times with this one and a lot of
others.

I read in qrz.com that you only keep the Log for 5 years.

I still need Guatemala for 6 Meters Band, of a QSO made in 24 of
March of 2000 at 01:00z.

Do you still have the Log?

If so, can you see if I’m in your Log, because I want to apply it
directly to you.

	Thank you in advance.
