Recebi do Nick UA6MM  o e-mail que transcrevo abaixo, no meu entender a " LABRE RUSSA " crou dois novos diplomas.

- “ R-WPX-A� confirmação de contatos com 100 diferentes estações russas independente de banda e modo.

- " WPX-HR " confirmação de contatos com 1000 diferentes estações pelo mundo - seria o Honnor Rall Russo?

Como meu RUSSO  tá meio RUSSO, gostaria de uma tradução melhor, se for isso mesmo é molinho conseguir eestes 2 novos diplomas.

5.2.3. – demand is fulfilled in the form of list QSL agrees “R-150-C�  and  item

5.1.3. With prefix selection ( an example 3DA0RH – 3DA0 ; 9A2MN – 9A2 ;

S59ZZ – S59 ;  UE6LHP – UE6  & ...) ( copies QSL can be enclosed to the main
