Para mim funcionou com este primeiro procedimento (Jorge - PY3DJB)
*************************************
Error on Start: Vista (1) - Unexpected error: quitting (while running the program, installing and updating!)
Whenever I launch the program I get the message Unexpected error: quitting
As a good rule of thumb for Vista:
Always install applications whilst logged in as the local machine Administrator. By default this account should exist but is setup as disabled. You can enable it ... set a password to your liking ... then log into it to do the install. Specifically in the N1MM case: I would also recommend that you launch the application the first time whilst logged in as the Administrator. This may help with the creation of files, creation of registry entries (if there are any), etc.
Since N1MM Logger has user files in the Program Files directory tree - it may also be worthy of adjusting permissions to allow a normal user to be able to access (create, update, delete) files there.
I would assign the system's "users" group Full Control privileges to the N1MM logger directory and all files and folders therein.
I would perform these steps logged in as Administrator; even if your normal user account is a member of the administrators group - you may be challenged by the UAC mechanism - and these steps may be slightly different.
Click: Start
Click: All programs
Click: Accessories
Click: Windows Explorer
Now navigate to the N1MM folder:
In the Folders list - by clicking on the arrow to the left of the object:
- Computer
- C:
- Program Files
Then (left) click on Program Files
The right hand pane should now show all the application folders.
Right-click: N1MM logger
Choose: Properties
Security Tab
Click: Edit...
Under group or user names: Select: Users
Under Permissions for Users: Check: Full control
Click: Apply
Click: OK
General Tab
If the Read-only attribute is checked or filled:
Uncheck: Read-Only
Click: Apply
Choose: Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files
Click: OK
Click: OK
(I'm not sure how difficult this all would be to implement in the N1MM logger installer - but if it could be put there it would help greatly not only for issues with Vista ...
but for anyone who's using Windows XP and doesn't run with elevated privileges.)

Error on Start: Vista (2) - Unexpected error: quitting (while running the program, installing and updating!)
Whenever I launch the program I get the message Unexpected error: quitting
I saw a post on another HAM reflector that they could only run the rpogram if User Account Control were turned off.
a.. So turn of UAC
b.. Give full control to the user account, all off this logged as System Administrator.
c.. Run N1MM logger as System Administrator
a.. Success, no Unexpected Error message.
d.. Changed to my Standard User Account.
a.. N1MM logger still runs.
e.. I turned UAC back on and it still works.
a.. Even better:
Resume: I was not able to edit N1MM directory permissions from the standard account with UAC off, got access denied, no admin password prompt.

Error on Start: Vista (3)
You need to right click the icon and select run as administrator. Then select run this program. Then you can close the program and next time it will run normally.
Note you have to do this for every update.

Error on Start: Vista (4) - Error 339 - Component missing or not correctly registered
The full error is:
EntryWindow (ActiveRadioChanged) - 339 - Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
The problem is a bug in Vista. The solution is to UNregister the specified file. I.e.. type: regsvr32 /u "c:/windows/system32/COMDLG32.OCX".
This solution will work with almost any Vista issue that gives the same warning message.

Launch N1MM via the shortcut successfully.
