Esse é um dos motivos da grande massa de pedidos de confirmação no QRZ.COM.
o valor dos diplomas são menores e o envio mais rápido, acredito até que
seja PDF.

A ARRL só se mexeu, em relação ao Log eletronico, com o advento do E-QSL.
Não quis perder espaço e já invalidou qualquer tentativa de usar os Eqsl
como confirmação.

Vince está correto. Um PDF resolve a questão. Os endosso que venham pelos
Correios, mas o diploma pode ser PDF, com uma folha diploma, papel grosso,
até texturizado, compra-se facil numa papelaria. Até por unidade.
