(Araucaria) RES: Kingman Reef Deleted

Ron, acho ate que se poderia discutir sobre BS7H. Se aquilo é mesmo uma
ilha... Mas creio que não ha o que se discutir sobre P5. DRPK é um pais,
que atualmente nao permite autoriza RA. E o mesmo caso  de  EZ
(Turcomenistão) onde RA esta suspenso - ler banido. Houve outro casos como
a DPRK que muitos se lembram: Albania (ZA), Burma (XZ), Vietnan (XV) e
China (BY) são os que me lembro.

Pode ser que demore, mas olhando o que ocorreu com outros países, creio ser
uma questão de tempo, mesmo que longo e incerto, para DPRK permita RA.

Acho que casos como DPRK, a dificuldade de um VK0/H, de um 3Y/B é que fazem
o DXCC um negocio interessante.
