Pessoal, Boa tarde!

Sempre surpreso com o abismo que existe entre as pontuações de ilhas caribenhas nos contestes e classificadas como America do Sul, resolvi mandar um email na lista CQContest.  

Vamos avaliar quais tipos de sugestões e/ou esclarecimentos serão feitos.
