It's their DXpedition.

They can operate where, when, and how they want to.

It doesn't have to be logical.

Don't like what they're doing?  Don't work 'em.

TI9/3Z9DX Cocos Island operators are not operating CW mode on 10/15/20
only SSB to the best of my knowledge.
CW appears to be only 40/80 and 30 meters but no SSB on the former two.
What's the logic here?
