Observar que os brazucas NÃO tem permissão para operar abaixo de
10.138...Certo ???  Conforme o documento, as atividades de JT65 poderão ser
feitas no segmento de 10.138 a 10.140 . Outros modos digitais mais
"exóticos" também poderão ser experimentados e testados nesse evento.
