(Araucaria) 1ra Activación de Isla Gorriti IOTA SA-039

Estimados, 

Les reenvío información sobre la activación por primera vez de la Isla
Gorriti IOTA SA-039. Lamentablemente no voy a poder ir, pero habrá varios
operadores del RCU. Espero que quienes trabajan el IOTA puedan contactarla

El "RADIO CLUB URUGUAYO"  activará por primera vez la Isla Gorriti  ( IOTA
SA-039 --- 34° 25’  S – 54° 50’  W ) con el indicativo CW4R  los dias 23, 24
y 25 de marzo 2012.

Se trabajará en SSB, CW y Modos Digitales en todas las bandas de HF. 

Coincidiendo ese fin de semana con el WPX SSB CONTEST, se participará
también en él.

La QSL para esta actividad via BUREAU,  o DIRECTA a: 

Radio Club Uruguayo,  P.O.Box 37,  11000, Montevideo, URUGUAY, SOUTH
AMERICA, con SAE  y 1 nuevo IRC o "2 green stamps".

The "RADIO CLUB URUGUAYO" will be active as CW4R  - Special Event Call -
activating for the first time  Isla Gorriti  ( IOTA SA-039 --- 34° 25’  S –
54° 50’  W ) from March 23-25th 2012.

The station will work SSB, CW and Digital modes on all HF bands. 

As the WPX SSB CONTEST  will happen at the same week end CW4R will
participate in it.
