Ricardo, seu entendimento é o contrário do que brincam no artigo. Ele diz
que os "cops" nao entendem down, só up. Como usamos down em 2 bandas eles
ironizam que vão tomar cuidado para que seja só up.
O artigo é  bem humorado e infelizmente ironiza uma triste realidade
