Dear Dirceu

Reference is made to your request of a Qsl from ZA1E

I am not a qsl manager for ZA1E.

In fact I act as a maildrop. I do collect the mail for him and 
send it through a "safe route" to Albania. 
I pick up from the envelopes all the money and send it
later to him via bank.This is the only method to reach him,
as envelopes sent to him directly via mail go 90% lost.

I will send him the qsl for your contact and he will reply 
directly from Albania. 

This process takes some time so please be patient. 

As you are interested in DX, I send you a copy of my free 
bullettin. If you like it please send me a note a I will put
you in my weekly shipment mailing list.
