(Araucaria) Mudanças de Prefixos Russos 2010

As a reminder in January of last year Russia went through some
callsign prefix changes.  The changes affected both European Russia
and Asiatic Russia.  Details can be found at www.qrz.com/db/rw2l.  A
more simplified explanation by R5AA (ex RZ3AA), Roman Thomas,
President of the SRR, has recently been posted at
