(Araucaria) Dxspedition - Request support

Dear João,
with a group of well-experience dxers and contesters I’m planning manage
a dxpedition in Benin during August 2011.
 
We know that Benin is not one of the rarest most wanted country, but we
think there is an huge work to do to gave a lot of new ones of band to
the dx hunters.
 
>From a deep analysis of the cluster’s spots (during last 7 years) and
taking in consideration the logs loaded on Clublog.org, it is evident
that mostly of the previous dx activities worked a lot on 20 mts.
It is probably an effect of the lowest part of the solar cycle; anyway there
are also very few QSOs in RTTY. We think to keep a station on RTTY on
20m and to concentrate our SSB+CW activities on other bands.
 
We are sure that also in your Country the entity is quite needed in
several bands from the hunters.
 
Unfortunately, despite what the entire world is thinking, Africa is not
cheap at all. Air France asked us 300 USD for each path for each extra
baggage. And you can imagine how much is the cost to find a safe meal there?
 
That’s why we are asking you to support our effort with a donation. What
ever it will be the amount, be sure that it will be really appreciated.
 
We want to work as many stations are possible and our QSL policy is very
simple and easy: via OQRS, direct, BURO and (after several months) also
on LOTW.
 
We are also developing a website (under construction www.dxcoffee.com/ty1ks
)
and we will shoot a video full HD.
That’s al we really can offer, over our commitment.
