Gostaria de receber explicações de como devo proceder para conseguir que meu endereço de e-mail , não seja mais BLOQUEADO pelos seguintes provedores :

São todos provedores dos USA , utilizados por radioamadores deste País.

1 ) @bellsouth.net

2 ) @peoplepc.com

3 ) @ prodigy.net

4 ) @earthlink.net

Vejam abaixo os e-mails devolvidos , informando do BLOQUEIO.
