(Araucaria) DATABASE ARRL.CTY - DXCLUSTER - ATUALIZAÇÃO

Olá todos,

Informo que atualizamos na tarde de hoje o database ARRL.CTY no dxcluster
com todos os novos países:

   Today AD1C released a new version of his ARRL.CTY file that is used by
  AR-Cluster. The major change was the addition of the expected new
  "entities" of Bonaire, Curacao, Saba & St. Eustatius, and Sint Maarten.

  AR-Cluster uses this file ONLY to add the Prefix of the Spot just before the
  Time Field.

  It is important that the Root Prefix is ARRL.CTY match the Root Prefix in
  AR-Cluster's CTYINFO Table of the ARC_PUB.MDB. The CTYINFO Table contains
  the Country Name, CQ and ITU Zones, Latitude and Longitude. This Data from
  the CTYINFO Table supports AR-Cluster's SH/HEADing, SH/PREfix, and SH/SUN
  commands. If the Root Prefixes do not match, these commands will fail to
  return correct information.
