basta clicar no item SEU(S) ESCORE(S) - CONSULTAR / EDITAR / EXCLUIR ,
conforme a imagem em anexo.

Aconselho a  *SEMPRE* usar o EXCLUIR, no lugar do EDITAR, e fazer uma nova
inclusão.
