Operating from the United Nations is something very special as your view of the world kind of widens up when you are sitting in the penthouse on top of the 41 floor tall U.N. building. 

Suddenly you forget the scoring and like to think that you represent Amateur Radio at what feels like the center of the world.

The team was bonded together well, representing many nationalities, yet being extremely compatible. They knew how to handle the multitudes with their vertical antennas in spite of high street noise coupled with the weekend's atmospheric noise from rain and thunderstorms passing by. 

They are proud to report some 7600 QSOs and a 8.7 million score adding up to a total of 21.000 QSOs made during the 7-day 4U1UN Activity Week which climaxed with the CQWW Contest.
