New Cycle 24 Sunspot

The new Cycle 24 sunspot which formed high in latitude in the southern 
hemisphere on Friday is struggling to stay visible. Because it formed later 
in the day it did not yet receive an official Sunspot number from NOAA. 

Should it persist through the day today then it should officially be counted. 

So even know the sunspot number is currently 0, that is not correct.
