Já enviei e-mail ao Peter - OX3XR ( veja abaixo ) , pedindo desculpas e informando o que voce mencionou em seu e-mail , ou seja : muitos radioamadores ainda não usam programas de log e aí talvez esteja a falha de alguns ao ficarem interrogando o amigo.

The Direction of the CWJF thanks to your valuable participation in ours Manchester Mineira All America CW Contest / 2009. 

We ask for excuses to the friend, for the radioamateurs that said that " OX " the North America does not belong. 

If they used program N1MM Logger would not have this problem. 

Unhappyly many radioamateurs not yet use programs of log in competitions. 

Who left losing will be they ,  to not confirming a QSO with this difficult Country in CW and a rare multiplying one in the competition.

In the 2010, when the Manchester Mineira  will be world-wide, the CWJF Group and ARAUCARIA DX Group it waits to have your valuable participation again.
