Important info for North American Stations: Many brazilians ham are having the opportunity to make money when they ask for US$ 2. I just want you know that: It cost about US$ 0,41 cents to reply back to USA a QSL card. So US$ 1,00 is more than enough to cover all costs involved. Unfortunately, the Post Office does NOT allow us to send coins. Remember Amateur Radio is a Hobby and I do NOT make money with it.

I am Ricardo Lucin and ham radio callsign PY2EL and VA3PWC. I'm originally from Sao Paulo, BRAZIL but I also have residence in Toronto,Canada. Between 2002 and 2005 I was very active in Canada as VA3PWC. Several times also in Niagara Falls,USA as VA3PWC/W2.
