Amigos,
Desculpe mas fazo isso em ingles
For those that plan to send in applications for WRTC, there are some
important matters to look into.
The participants in Multi Contests have to take special care, may be it is
good for Contest Team Leaders to
coordinate and look after this!
The Rules
*5.* *Conditions for team leader (TL)*
1) A TL must have permanent residence (a valid passport) in the country he
(she) applies to represent and at the time of all contests for which results
are submitted. When the TL has residence in two or more countries, he (she)
may only represent one of them.
2) Total result = sum of 8 best results calculated as
in section 4 of this document
3) MS/M2/MM - no more than 4 results may be submitted
4) MS/M2/MM - no more than 2 team members may submit
results for a single contest for MS, 3 team members for
M2, 5 for MM (this was
amended on October 3, 2007. The original rules limited scores to 2)
5) DX QTH - no more than 4 results may be
submitted
My Comments:
1) I do have permanent residence but not a Brasilian passport so I can
not qualify as a Team Leader, well this is aleady solved as I will not win
the #1 position. (This rule does not apply to the Team Member).
2) No comment
3) Only 4 results can be used from Multi Participations.
4) Carefully take note, here we can have problems and Team Leaders should
coordinate to avoid future problems.
MS: only 2 team members can submit results
M2: max 3 team members
MM: max 5 team members
May be this is no major problem, in my case: From PW2D I will
coordinate myself :-) And from ZY100S that was MM, here 5 team members can
apply, seems plenty of space.
5) No problem, looks that only I have planned to claim DX QTH score.
