Hello Oms:

 

I am contacting you and requesting your assistance as I know you are one of the most influential hams in Brazil.

 

AI4U is a QSL Manager for many stations and he will no longer work the Bureau cards.  Ever heard this before :) !!

 

The 4th Bureau is holding some Bureau cards for the following calls:

 

ZV5R

PT5A

PX5E

 

The 4th Bureau is unable to find a personal e-mail address for these calls.  Could you please help us in obtaining a valid e-mail address for these folks so the 4th Bureau can work with them on what to do with cards currently in hand and in the future?
