Regarding my responding to your  QSL contact on 11/02/09 at 20.22 hrs on the 20 meter band, 
please be advised that you were in contact with a bootlegger who has been using my unauthorized amateur radio call for a not insignificant period of time. I have been receiving a number of QSL cards from other amateurs who have had similar 20 meter contacts  with this individual.  The Canadian authorities have been notified.  Should you contact this individual again, please let him know that I am on to him.  I would ask you to also inform your fellow radio amateurs about this pirate!
