QSL received Buro = Buro.

QSL received Direct with SAE with "2USD" 2IRC = Direct.

QSL received Direct without SAE and with USD/IRC = Buro.

QSL received Direct with SAE and without USD/IRC = Buro.

Send 1 QSL per Letter. ONLY!!!!!!!!!!
