Thanks for feedback. Band plan was made using PY2 in the center and 
modeling far conditions at TX side and average conditions at RX side. 
One hour shift (plus or minus) is due ionosphere unpredictable factors.

Parabéns pelo excelente score. Every time I saw your call I wonder how 
behind I could be. This keep me running all weekend.
