(Araucaria) BS7H & LOTW

Estou ouvindo a expedição em 7021 Mhz, muito baixo, mas com forte fonia de
língua espanhola .

Notei que toda a faixa de 7.000 até 7050 está "carregada" de sotaques
espanhois.
A banda é liberada para fonia para nossos vizinhos?
